Axona preparation ideas

Axona can be prepared with tasty and nutritious foods and drinks in any number of variations. Preparing Axona is fast and easy. Just add Axona to water, milk, or other liquids; shake or blend in; and serve. Axona can also be blended with soft foods, including oatmeal, yogurt, pudding, and ice cream. 4 ounces of sweetened applesauce
4 ounces of skim milk
1 40 gram packet of Axona

Directions:
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve.

banana

Good ‘n’ Smooth

4 ounces of water or milk
4 ounces of vanilla frozen yogurt
1/4 of a banana
1 40 gram packet of Axona

Directions:
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve. Frozen fruit can be substituted for fresh fruit.

Chocolate Smile

4 ounces of frozen yogurt
4 ounces of skim milk
2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
1 40 gram packet of Axona

Directions:
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve.

oats

Power Oats

1/2 cup of rolled oats (quick)
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of trail mix
1 40 gram packet of Axona

Directions:
Prepare oats according to directions. Mix ingredients until smooth. Sprinkle with trail mix and serve.

honey

Honey Do

4 ounces of almond milk
1 teaspoon of honey
1 40 gram packet of Axona

Directions:
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve.

oranges

Rise and Shine

4 ounces of orange juice
4 ounces of almond milk
1 40 gram packet of Axona

Directions:
Shake until all ingredients are mixed and serve.

blueberries

Blue Skies

4 ounces of almond milk
4 ounces of blueberries
1 40 gram packet of Axona

Directions:
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve. Frozen fruit can be substituted for fresh fruit.
