Accera is committed to helping people with Alzheimer's disease and their caregivers, regardless of their financial situation. By calling the Axona Reimbursement Helpline, 1-877-649-0004 (option 2), a Reimbursement Specialist will assist you with your reimbursement-related inquiries. Specialists are available Monday-Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST).

Axona may be reimbursable through your insurance or other financial services, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Medical Savings Accounts (MSAs), and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs). You can check with your health plan or insurance company to see if Axona is reimbursed by calling the phone number on your prescription card or insurance identification card, or by getting the phone number from your employer. Give your health plan or insurance company the brand name Axona, and provide the product code 42907-040-30. You may also have your local pharmacist check by entering the information into his or her computer system.

If Axona is not reimbursable through your insurance or HSAs, Accera offers additional discount programs that can be discussed with a Reimbursement Specialist. Simply call 1-877-649-0004 (option 2), or complete the online savings enrollment form for the Axona discount card. The card is good for up to 20% off your monthly Axona prescriptions. Redeem the coupon at your local pharmacy. Axona can be purchased at any major retail pharmacy nationwide. If your pharmacy does not have Axona in stock, please ask the pharmacist to order Axona, and it should arrive within 3 days.
